Kunming Laiyang river country Forest Park

Laiyang river country forest park is located at 37 kilometers southeast of Simao City. Laiyang River is located within southeast of the forest park. The length of the park is 23 kilometers from east to west and the width is 9 kilometers from north to south. The highest peak is Guoguo Xinzhai Mountain with an elevation of 1,707 meters. The lowest is Yushengtian with an elevation of 950 meters. The comparatively height variation is 757 meters. The local average elevation at most places is above 1,200 meters. The park is rich with plant resources. There are 196 various types of plants amounting to 806 branches with altogether a total of 1,722 plants. Among which, the protected plants amounted to 22 types. Overlooking the far distance, green forest billowing could be seen making tourists feel relaxed and happy. There are also mammal and 200 types of birds in the courtyard.
