It is situated in Jingzhen, on the north of Mengzhe township, Menghai County. According to the records of the Dai nationality, the wooden pavilion was built in 1701 with a brick foundation. It is said that the monks built the pavilion in the shape of Sakyamuni’s golden headgear to commemorate him. The foundation is two meters high, 8.25 meters long and 8.25 meters wide. The pavilion proper is 22 meters in height.

On the top stood a silver umbrella rimmed with small bronze bells. Small bronze bells hung on each of the eight eaves. When there are breezes, the bells will ring. A pavilion of novel craft, light structure and distinctive style, it is one of the famous tourist attractions, especially for worshipers both home and abroad.
