Zhang Zhongjing Ancestral Hall was rebuilt at the reign of Jiaqing emperor in Qing Dynasty. Yuying Elementary school was once located here during the Republic of China but it was destroyed at the Sino-Japanese War time. In 1947, Changsha Chinese medicine donated fund for the reconstruction of three new ancestral halls. The name was changed to ZhongJing Hall. It was later abandoned because of the road repair work. Presently, there is an engraved commemoration stele in the Chinese medical hospital.
