Shantou Xiangzi Bridge,Xiangzi Qiao

Xiangzi Bridge (original old name is Jichuan Bridge) is located outside the Dongmen tower in Chaozhou ancient city. It is one of the famous historical sites in Chaozhou.

The bridge is divided into the west and east continent. The west continent was founded by Governor Zeng Wang in Song Qian period. The East continent was founded by Governor Shen Zongyu in the Song Shao period.

Watchtower was built and the structure is extremely unique and there is the famous “Guangji 24 buildings”, like “soaring to the cloud”, “the moon”, “picking the star” and “the surging waves” and so on.
