Shenyang Liaoning Provincial Museum,Liaoningsheng Bowuguan

Liaoning Provincial Museum is one the famous historical and artistic museums in the country. It is located along No. 26 of Shiwei Road in the centre of Shenyang city. The museum was originally the official mansion of Tang Yulin, Rehe commander-in-chief of fengtian warlord.
The government of Manchukuo set up “the state-run museum of Fengtian branch hall” after the “9, 18” event. Shenyang was liberated on 2 November 1948. The northeast museum was established by the authorization of northeast people government. It was officially opened in 7 July 1949. In 1959, the name was changed to Liaoning Province museum.
