Shenyang Medicine Mountain,Yao Shan

The Medicine Mountain is located within the boundaries of Qiaojia County，Shenyang city, Liaoning Province. The Medicine Mountain area is 220 square kilometers. The prominent peak is Jinding Peak with the elevation of 4,042 meters. It is majestically located above the Diandong northeast group peak.
The Medicine Mountain comprised primary of fir tree taiga and oak trees with green and broad leaves forming the virgin forest. The natural forest provides a good condition for wild raw material for medicine to grow; rare and precious plants growth and wild animals to live and multiply. The medicine mountain is famous for various types of herbs for medicine. The wild animals include the tiger, leopard, bear, jackal, boar, wild boar, golden cat and so on and the big Chinese dove tree group area is famous with its rare marvelous sights both domestic and abroad.
The soul Medicine Mountain provides another marvelous sight when passing through the natural forest region and climbing a region with an elevation of 3,000 meters. There are more than 100 springs with clear running water, the flows either becomes the brook or flows swiftly to form the waterfall or accumulates to become the deep pool in thousands of different postures. There are two glacier lakes known as "the big dragon pond" and “small dragon pond" in the mountain.
