The Lingshan temple is located on the Linshan Mountain of Liangshuizi village, 35 kilometers northwest of Huludao city.
The Lingshan temple was constructed during the reign of Jiaqing period 11 years of Qing dynasty (1807). The temple was divided into the upper and lower courtyards. There are constructions of the octagonal pavilion, the benevolent navigation building, the Jade Emperor palace, the heavy building, the bottomless pit and the Dutian Palace totaling to 29 buildings altogether. It is of ancient architectural Buddha and Taoist complex architecture. The existing lower courtyard still retained the Tianqi temple, the clock drum tower, the solar building, the lunar building, the heaven king building, the Jin’gang building, the benevolent navigation building and Wanfo building and so on.
