Hetuala city is located in the Yongling town of Sinpin Manchu minority autonomous County of Liaoning Province. The Fushun HetuALa city is a historical old city with more than 400 years of history. It was constructed during the reign of Wanli 31st year of Ming Dynasty (1603). It was the first capital founded by the late Jin dynasty and was also the last mountain city capital in China history. In addition, it is the best-preserved Nuzhen minority mountain city. It was the politics, economy, military, cultural and diplomatic center of the late Jin Dynasty. It is regarded as the Qing Dynasty origin place and where the Man nationality emerges and flourished. In the city are the first Guanyu temple of Qing Dynasty and Confucian temple (temple of Confucian) and so on seven big temples in the city.
