Tuoliang Scenic Area is located on the intersection point of Hebei and Jin Province, northwest of Pingshan County. The distance is about 138 kilometers from Shijiazhuang.
It acquires fame because the summit resembles the camelback. The prominent peak has an elevation of 2,281 meters and is the highest point in Shijiazhuang area. It is also one of the five main peaks in Hebei Province.
The place most worth mentioning in hunchbacked Liang is the virgin forest where it blocks the sky and the forest leans against the mountain height composing a variety of unique views. Located on the foot of the hill is the scrub forest where the mountainside contains conifer and broad leaf mixed forest and the summit is garden meadow.
In the scenic area, there are many waterfalls and could be found everywhere. The more well-known being the three pack waterfall, the exceedingly high waterfall, the human character waterfall and the five fingers waterfall and so on where it forms a group of rare waterfall landscape in the north part of the country.
