Wenzhou Jiangxin Island,Jiangxin Yu

Jiangxin Island is located at the midstream of Oujiang River. The existing area covers 1,070 acres. It is one of the four big scenic spots of orphaned islets in China. This islet is like a pearl of Oujiang River and has been called “the Oujiang River Penglai”.
There are ten sceneries in the mid river since ancient. There are Spring city misty rain, the Haidian rosy-colored clouds at dawn, the Oujiang River moonlight, the Luo Fuxue shade, Meng Louchao rhyme, the green hills setting sun, the far water’s edge turning the sail, the sandbank fishing boat lights, the yard around a pagoda Jun wind and the fragrance spring eye.
In 1974, under government’s surveillance, “the mid river islet extension project headquarters” newly built little flying rainbow, the bonsai garden, the courtesan ancient pavilion, the young people activity center, the green lake, the sweetheart island, the playground, the comprehensive amusement park and so on were established. There is the new layout of river within river, island within island and garden within garden pattern.
