Jiangxin Park is situated on the west side of Minjiang River Liberation Bridge in Fuzhou city, Fujian Province and is under the Sanxianzhou Bridge of Cangshan area. It is a miniature park of not more than an area of 0.05 square kilometers. Initially there is no island in the center of the river. The river surface is broad and flat. It was said that during the Ming Dynasty, flood runs rampant from spring to summer; the flood silts in the middle of the river and forms the putty continent.

The park cultivates more than 50,000 plants through transplant with its original nature resources and forms a wild tree forest where the trees are luxuriant, the sky is clear and the water is blue. There were also constructions of pavilion, building, Chinese style pavilion, waterside pavilion, winding corridor, fishing Islands and child amusement park in the park.
