Qinchuang Pavilion is named after Qinchuan Building, north shore of Yangtze River and east of Guishan foothill on the Yugongfan. It is face to face with Yellow Crane Tower, on the north is the Yangtze River and on the south is Yangtze River. The pavilions stood facing and enhancing each other and is a splendid sight. The famous pavilions is separated by the river to face one another and it is the one and only along the ten thousand miles of Yangtze River.
The Qinchuang Pavilion has more than 500 years of history. The double eaves summit has two floors and is along the eave winding corridor. The overall construction is mainly with wood and stones. The windows and doors used only glass and a few metals. The colored drawing and decorative carving are made by the folk artisan using the traditional technique.
