Xiangfan Lumen Temple,Lumen Si

Lumen Temple was originally named as Su Ling Ancestral Temple. According to county annals record, Liu Xiu built Wuzhong, the Emperor (Liu Xiu) and Xi Yu dreamt of the mountain spirit and assigned Yu to build the Ancestral Temple in the mountain with the engraving of two stone deer at the entrance.
Lu Men Temple was regarded as a famous mountain here. The three famous litterateurs and poet from Tang Dynasty namely Meng Haoran, Pi Rixiu and so on once lived here. Lumen Temple is famous for its unique forest resources, the natural landscape and the humanities landscape. It attracts numerous celebrities of integrity, litterateur and writer.
