The tomb was found when some quarries worked at the foot of the Tortoise Mountain. The tomb is now listed in the national cultural relics catalog. Through the archaeological research, the tomb’s history is gradually known to the people. The tomb was built during the west Han Dynasty (128 BC-116 BC).The tomb’s buried Liu Zhu (who was a seigneur of the country) and his wife. The tomb was divided by two corridors at the south and the north side. The corridor’s length is nearly 56 meters. There are 15 graves in the tomb, where coffins and funerary objects were laid.
