Yibin Heaven Lake Park,Tianchi Gongyuan

The Heaven Lake Park is located in the outskirt of Yibin City, Sichuan province. The distance from the city area is approximately 9 kilometers. It was said that a natural pond was formed because of an earthquake and was named Heaven Lake. There is a park surrounding the lake. The lake is full of water lilies and the flowers are either red or white, forming a colorful and beautiful sight.

The lotus root is white in color and is beautiful as well as delicious. The lake is still famous worldwide till now. The bank beside the lake is made of stone with a height of approximately 2 meters. A little muddy pass was formed by the lake bank with the width of 1 meter.

Next to the lake is a cement canal where many trees were planted here. The view is breath-taking. There is a garden, bonsai garden and rosary in the park. The area occupied by the garden is 2,500 square meters. There are calyx cantus, red maple, and other rare plants in the garden.

It is a wonderful sight when the flowers are in full blossom. Other than this, there is a 400 square meters large lawn where the grass is so soft like a green blanket.
