Yichang Jade Spring Temple,Yuquan Si

Jade Spring Temple was constructed during the end of Eastern Han Dynasty. It is a famous Buddhism temple of all previous dynasties in the country. It is one of the famous main courtyards founded a famous actual founder of Tiantai Sect Master. It was famous with the reputation of “crown of the Jingchu jungle”.
Zhenzhu spring is one of the three big famous Zhenzhu Springs in the country. The golden iron tower between the bank and the ridge between fields was constructed during the North Song Dynasty. Presently, it is the highest and heaviest iron tower which is under complete preservation in the country. The jade spring temple and the iron tower are listed under the Key Cultural relic preservation units of the nation. The jade spring temple is the domestic religious activity centre open to overseas.
