Ganlu Temple is located on the back of Beigu Mountain peak. It was first built in 265 and was ruined after. When Li Deyu guarded Zhenjiang in the Tang Dynasty, he ordered people to rebuild the temple, but it was destroyed again in a short time. The governor in charge of the sea built the Ganlu Temple at the bottom of the mountain later on. In North Song Dynasty, the temple was moved to the top of the mountain. Later on, the Ganlu Temple was still built on the mountain after being destroyed and rebuilt for several times. The present Ganlu Temple consists mainly of Grand Hall, Laojun Hall, Guanying Hall and Jiangsheng Pavilion.
