The scholar Yusupu•Hasi•Hajipu was born in 1019 and died around 1080. Around A.D. 1070, he used the ancient Huihu language to write poem which reach 13,000 lines of narrative lengths named as "Lucky Happy Wisdom". The content of this poem was rich; the language was vivid and reflected the politics, economy, literature, history, geography, mathematics and the medicine and so on during that time. It was a big-scale historical literature and it had huge influence to later generation’s literature creation and it was highly recognized by both the domestic and foreign educational world.
His tomb is situated on the Tiyu Road of Xinjiang with an area of 965 square meters. The Yusupu•Hasi•Hajipu Tomb area is 1,900 square meters including the tomb, the mosque, the monument tower, the exhibit hall and the reception room, altogether five parts. The tomb area is 825 square meters and the construction includes the wing-room, the basement and the arch. The wing-chamber is composed by 22 arches linking the east, north and south sides of the grave, each with a 9 kilometers distance from the grave. There were two open gate towers on the west with construction of 4 steeples. There were also four steeples built on the four corners of the wing room with the height of 9.4 meters.
The tomb chamber divided the outer and inner room into two parts, the width is 17.58 meters and the length is 11.3 meters. There were two steeples gate with the height of 16.4 meters on the west of the tomb chamber. The outer room is three storeys, the first storey has ring-like steps and ladders that leads to the basement and a small hut. The inner room was built with the height of 19.6 meters; the diameter of 9 meters circular arches roof and glass windows on four walls.
There were various types of colored glaze brick in the tomb. Basement was also constructed in the mausoleum with an area of 198.85 square meters and it plays the role of moisture-proof to the tomb chamber. The entire cemetery layout is unique and grand. The repair work done was plain, solemn and respectful and has rich national characteristic.
