Ili Walnut Valley,Hetao Gou

The wild walnut nature protection area acquires fame because of the growth of large piece of wild walnut forest. Walnut Valley is composed by the main valley, the middle valley, the east valley and the west valley. The wild walnut dispersal area amounted to 44.67 hectares with more than 10,000 branches. The wild walnut tertiary period survivor species are extremely rare and precious and has the reputation of “living fossil”.
