Most of the river valley is in “V” shape because of the influence of quaternary period glacier tectonic movement and was extended along the rivers lineation direction. Changbaishan Mountain volcano forms the radiated ditch under the long-term cold disintegration and the disintegration function and the ditch is of various sizes because of the different degrees of the slope and rock. It is a world famous U valley.
