Relics of Yongcheng of Qin Dynasty is located 120 kilometers west Xi’an, in the south of Fengxiang County and north of Yongshui. It was the politics and economic center during the reign of the Qin Dynasty for 300 years since 2000 years ago.
The old city is nearly square in shape and the area is 10 square kilometers. The city wall was built at most 8 meters high with the base width of 15 meters. Three gates were discovered. There are three big palaces areas and temples; the bedroom construction was ruined, as well as 8 main roads in the city. Four other ruined palaces were also discovered in the suburb including excavated cultural relic, coppers, iron, gold, ceramic, stone, jade, lacquer ware, textile and so on.
