Xi'an Zhongnan Mountain,Zhongnan Shan

Mt. Zhongnanshan is also named Taiyi Mountain, Difei Mountain and Zhounan Mountain, with the abbreviation of South Mountain. It is a section of Qinling range and has the fine reputation of “the capital of Immortal”, “crown of Buddhist immortals” and “the first paradise under heaven”. The prominent peak is located within the boundaries of Zhouzhi County with an elevation of 2, 6 0 4 meters. Mt. Zhongnanshan is one of the origins of Taoism.
