Xi'an Yaozhou Klin Relics,Yaozhou Yao Yizhi

The Yaozhou Kiln Relics is located on the banks of the Qishui River in Huangbao town, Tongchuan City. It is 68 kilometers from Xi’an with the area amounting to a total of 5 kilometers. There are 30 workshops, 45 kiln stoves and hundreds of thousands of pieces of excavated porcelain for 1,000 years.
The kiln stoves are all brickworks, where it is plain and in u-shape. Besides porcelain kiln, it also has the three-color pottery kiln and so on. They use wooden and coal as the fuel respectively. The excavated utensils are mainly the tableware, tea set and the drinking utensils in various types, designs, models and decorative design. It has high artistic value that records the technical process of porcelain making and the pomp of burned porcelain. It is an important cultural relic in the Chinese ceramics history.
