Chengdu Four Girls Mountains,Siguniang Shan

Four Girls Mountains is located between the little Jinxian and Wenchuang County boundary and is composed by the four sierra borders traversing the mountain. According to the local Tibetan’s fable, the Four Girls Mountains is a metaphase of four girls as pure as the snow, thus acquire its fame.
Yixiong is the most well known among the Four Girls Mountains and stood tall, straight and towering. The mountains sit steep and straight towards the blue sky, with snow and ice covering and the silver lights illuminating. The piedmont forest cover, carpet of green grass, limpid brook murmuring is just like elegant southern Europe scenery and is known as the "China’s Alps".
Among the four mountains, the youngest sister is the highest with an elevation of 6,250 meters. The eldest sister, second elder sister and third elder sister’s heights are at 5,355 meters, 5,454 meters and 5,664 meters respectively. The mountains are side-by-side and the peaks are covered with white clouds from year to year. The shoulder thrown over the glacier and the waist is the green jade woods. Each of them is like an untainted jade; simple, beautiful and good-looking. They are also known as "the Queens of the Shu Mountain".
In recent years, it has become the tourist attraction where Chinese and foreign climbers frequented because of its beautiful mountain peak, beautiful gully, beautiful cloud and beautiful running water.
